Thesis
I acquire strong platforms and grow them through operational improvements and targeted add-on acquisitions. I prioritize businesses where I can build on an established legacy while adding fresh ideas, systems, and growth capital.
Focus Areas:
- Metal finishing: Shops providing electroplating, powder coating, anodizing, passivation, and electropolishing. Recurring demand from industrial customers creates opportunities for regional platforms with centralized compliance and broader capabilities.
-
Co-Manufacturing & Contract Production: Contract manufacturers and precision producers serving consumer goods, cosmetics, supplements, and industrial components. Long-term brand contracts and capacity expansion offer clear paths to scale and customer diversification.
-
Commercial Building Products: Regional manufacturers and fabricators of doors, panels, architectural components, and related products serving commercial and institutional markets. Opportunities exist in geographic expansion, product-line extension, and serving larger projects.
About

I grew up in West Texas working in my father's oil and gas operation, in the shop, around the equipment, learning how industrial businesses actually run from the ground up. That foundation shaped how I think about operations, people, and what it means to build something worth keeping.
Before moving into business and finance, I spent four years as a firefighter and paramedic in DFW, including hazardous materials training. Working with chemical processes, understanding industrial risk environments, and operating under pressure with real consequences. It's part of why these sectors feel familiar to me. I respect the process discipline, the chemistry, the regulatory environment, and the culture of people who do precise work and take it seriously.
I went on to earn a business degree from Abilene Christian University, built a track record in real estate as a top-producing agent and helped develop a mentoring program for new agents, then completed my MBA at Georgetown University and spent three years in investment banking. I know how businesses are valued, how deals get structured, and how to get a transaction from first conversation to close without drama.
I have three young kids, a patient wife, and a clear sense of what I'm here to do. I'm not looking to acquire a business and manage it from a distance. I want to learn the operation, earn the trust of the team, and be the kind of owner the people inside are proud to work for.
I believe in doing right by people, from employees and customers to owners and communities. I plan to build on the legacy, not over it.
